Sanitation and cleanliness are our top priority.
Enhanced cleaning procedures between each client to deep clean each room and common areas is being done. As on one of our sanitation procedures, we will be wiping down every possible surface, including, table, bolster, face cradle, chairs, counter tops, cabinets, stools, door handles and light switches. We use Cavi-cide (the same cleaning that most hospitals use) Barbicide along with Clorox Wipes.
We wipe the toilet seat and handles, sink handles and doorknobs between clients usage.
Sheets are washed with disinfectant and spa, and the dryer is used an additional 30 minutes after the clothes are dry to ensure sanitation. All dishes are all sanitized that are not disposable.
A deep cleaning and sanitation of the entire spa will be done each night
While the one on one interaction with our guest is essential, we will follow advised recommendations as much as possible. We kindly ask guests to please be conscientious in regards to safe social distancing while in the hallway, lobby and other common areas.
If there is anything else we can do to help protect your safety please feel free to share your thoughts with us. We want everyone to be as safe and healthy as possible during this “new normal.” Please let us know if you have any special sanitation requests when scheduling your appointment and prior to arrival at the spa.

Air Quality and Purification
We will be using a PureZone 3 in 1 True HEPA Air Purifier with UV-C in every service room.
The room purifier safely eliminates germs. viruses, bacteria and small particles from the air. Please note that these purifiers emit a low “white noise” sound that you may hear during your treatment.
Staff and Client Safety
We require our clients and staff members to stay home if they have experienced fever, cough, shortness of breath, or body aches in the past 14 days.
Anyone with these symptoms will not be charges a cancellation fee if we are given a notice before the scheduled appointment begins. We ask that you please let us know as soon as possible so that we may fill the appointment with another client.
If you enter our facility with these symptoms, or the service provider notices these symptoms during the service, the service will be immediately stopped and you will be charged full price.
At Life's Retreat Massage and Spa, we want to provide a safe, relaxing place to help you with your wellness needs. Due to many concerns regarding COVID-19, we are taking extra preventative measures to maintain a clean and safe environment for our Clients and Staff.
Keeping our clients and team safe is our top Priority. This is being achieved both by maintaining best sanitation/cleanliness practices and keeping our staff and clients as safe as possible. We have also added room air purifiers with HEPA, carbon and UV-C filters to enhance the air quality
